The Brazilian star Extends Sincere Sorry to The Madrid Club Supporters

Los Merengues forward Vinicius Jr has said sorry to supporters for his response when replaced in the recent heated match against Barcelona win.

Vinicius was replaced in the 72nd min and displayed his disappointment by walking immediately to the dressing room.

The Brazilian subsequently came back to the sidelines and, following his side's 2-1 win, attempted to approach the opposition's youngster Yamal during contentious post-match exchanges.

"Now I want to express regret to all the Madridistas for my behavior when I was replaced in the derby," Vinicius posted on social media.

"In the same way as I have previously expressed during the latest session, I also want to say sorry once more to my teammates, the organization, and the leadership.

"Sometimes emotion takes over me because I constantly desire to win and help my team. My competitive character originates in the passion I feel for this club and all it represents."

Vinicius joined Real from his former club in the year 2018 for millions and has notched triple figures in numerous matches.

But his prospects in the Spanish capital is unclear with rumors in lately indicating that the club would contemplate allowing the young star leave if they were to receive a appropriate bid.

When he was taken off on Sunday, broadcast footage from coverage provider Dazn recorded him saying: "It's always me! I'm departing the side! It's wiser if I leave, I'm going."

In his most recent message on social media, he said: "I commit to keep battling constantly for the welfare of Real Madrid, as I have done since the initial arrival."
